THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO GET STARTED:
1) Find a Location that is a flat level surface. (Covering at least 7 feet in diameter) Grass, concrete, and most
decks are fine. Grass may yellow or brown depending on the health of the grass and the length of use.
2) The location has to be accessible.
3) We can bring fresh hot water to fill your tub! We have a 500 gallon water tank that we fill from our office
using our water, hose and endless hot water unit that also filters the water before heating it! This saves you on
your water bill and instead of taking hours to fill it takes minutes!!!
4) For the placement of a Softub a standard electrical outlet (120 volts) within 25 feet will be necessary. The
circuit should not be overloaded with other appliances and uses. The Water pump requires 15.6 amp breaker.
The Viking Spas require a 220 volt outlet.

You can be assured that our tubs are sanitized before and after every client. We
wouldn't rent out a hot tub that we wouldn't use ourselves!!

How it works!
You call us, reserve a tub for the day(s) you want. To secure your reservation we will require a Major Credit
Card number at the time of the booking. Your card must have $200 availability for a damage deposit. Upon
delivery we will require $Cash$, sorry no checks. We will keep the credit card number on file for the damage
deposit. Providing no damage is done no charges will be processed on your card and we take cash only upon
tub delivery. We deliver the tub and depending on your preference, you can fill it with your water or we can fill it
with hot water that we bring in our 500 gallon water tank that we fill at our shop using our endless hot water unit.
However your garden hose should be ready in case it is necessary to help fill and regulate the water
temperature. Before we leave we will show you how to best operate the tub so you get the most enjoyment and
safety you possibly can. We then teach you about the chemicals, leave some with you (for weekend and weekly
rentals), and answer any other questions you may have. All you have to do is sit back and relax in one of our
hot tubs. The Softubs are fully portable and are great to rent year round. All they require is a standard
electrical outlet and can be set up almost anywhere in minutes. The Viking Spas require 220 volts and a place
accessible for our delivery truck.
When we come to retrieve the tub the water is drained onto your lawn or we can pump the water out down your
drain or wherever is convenient for you. But don't worry the chemicals in the water are far below the levels you
find in city water, so it's friendly to lawns, gardens, and even driveways.

Terms of Service
Renters must be minimum (18) years of age or older and be in a house and have a major credit card. Q's Hot Tub Rentals,
LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s) without warning, reason or cause at any time. All tubs selected in a
reservation are subject to availability at time of delivery. If the tub requested is not available we reserve the right to substitute
the tub at no additional charge to the customer.
There will be a $50 cancellation fee if you don't cancel within 48 hours prior to your event.
Renters must be minimum (18) years of age or older and be in a house and have a major credit card. Q's Hot Tub Rentals,
LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s) without warning, reason or cause at any time. All tubs selected in a
reservation are subject to availability at time of delivery. If the tub requested is not available we reserve the right to substitute
the tub at no additional charge to the customer.

Weekly Hot tub rentals are for 7 days. Weekend rentals are from Friday to Monday. Daily rentals are for
a 24 hour period. Rental includes setup, instructions, operation and safety teaching, a supply of
chemicals (for rental terms longer than 3 days), and delivery within a 20 mile radius of branch locations
but we will deliver anywhere at a charge of $.75/mile. We will also provide you with 24hrs contact
numbers for the duration of the rental period should any issue arise.
